CELEBRITY CHEF: Iyabo Lawani Presents!! Sautéed Water-Leaves With Fresh Corn and Herbs!!.

Water leaves ( shredded) 1 large bunch
Fresh cooked corn kernels 2 cups
Uziza shredded a hand full
Effirin ( Scent leaves) shredded a handful
Fresh Rodo  (chopped). 4 pcs
Onions ( finely chopped) 1 bulb
Palm oil 2 tbsp
Crayfish dry ground... 2 tbsp
Seasoning cubes/ salt.

- Heat oil in a pan for 1 minute
- Add the onions, peppers and stir fry quickly for 1 minute and add the corn and seasoning stir again.

-Add the  water leaves and crayfish stir well for 2 minutes, taste for salt add if necessarily
-Now add the herbs stir well for another 1 minute and turn off the heat.
-Serve with Pan Seared peppered fish or steamed fish.
