Standing trial before Justice Raliat Adebiyi's Ikeja Division of the Lagos State High Court, Mr. Akpobolokemi and his friends were said to have forged the documents with which the facilitated the NIMASA fraud with.
Justice Adebiyi adjourned the case till November 6 for the continuation of trial.
