ARE THE DAYS OF LATE FORMER PRESIDENT ''UMARU MUSA YAR'DUA'' NOT BACK??

I just learnt that the Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Mr. Maikanti Baru has come out to claim that the APPROVAL for the alleged oil contract worth N640Billion Naira was given by the President, Muhammadu Buhari from his sick bed in London??

I don't get it.
When there was an Acting President and NNPC board Chairman??

Infact, if truly the President gave the approval for this contract (I don't think so though and don't believe either that the president did) when he had an Acting President in place from his sick bed in London, then both the President and Mr. Baru has a lot of explaining to do to Nigerians as to why a PRIVATE CITIZEN that his PA on New Media, Loretta Onochie said he was in London, would overlook the office of his Acting President to sign such a contract without passing same through the Minister of State, Ibe Kachikwu or even Jos Acting President??

Again, if truly so that Buhari was made to sign this contract without same passing through the Chairman of the board of NNPC, and not even through the Acting President, it shows that Maikanti Baru lacked TOTAL RESPECT for due process and rule of law or he doesn't understand any of these at all.

What does the Chairman of NNPC do for the corporation??

What about his supervising Minister of State for Petroleum who should report to the President as substantive Minister??

Why go to a sick president and private citizen in London to sign such a contract when same could have passed through either the Acting President or the Chairman of NNPC board IF THERE WAS NOTHING FISHY ABOUT THE CONTRACT??

Who led Maikanti Baru to see the President to give this approval??

Did President Muhammadu Buhari actually give this approval on his sick bed in London or this was another Yar'dua's case playing out where an extremely sick President signed a country's budget from COMA??

Are the EVIL DAYS not back again??
WHAT EXACTLY DOES ''Maikanti Baru'' HAVE TO HIDE IN THIS WHOLE SAGA??

The President was made to sign an NNPC contract of 640BILLION Naira on a sick bed in far away London when even the budget of the country was signed by his Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo??
