The governor of Ebonyi State, Deacon David Umahi has come out
strong on members of his state’s Executive Council, warning them to stop being
lazy and gossiping.
He states this while swearing in the new commissioner for
Justice and Attorney General of the State, Mr. Cletus Ofoke, who was sworn in
after the sacking of the former Attorney General, Augustine Nwankwagu whoch was
sacked for lack of performance.
The governor threatened to reduce the size of the State
Executive Council (EXCO) member because of, ‘incessant gossiping’ and laxity on
the part of its members.
