Over
the weekend, news broke that Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose is making
moves to join the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC and that bews was credited
to Senator Aluko of the APC, claiming that Fayose won’t be a factor of any kind
come 2018.
But
in a swift reaction, the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Idowu Adelusi,
in a statement on Sunday night said that is is false that Ayodele Fayose is
making moves to defect to APC.
According
to him, the information is false, should be disregarded and went turther to state
that joining APC would be like leaving Jesus Christ for Satan.
It
is like wanting to die by taking Gamalin 20, or planning to commit suicide by
jumping down from sky scrapper.
