Protaxi
Passenger App, the newest entrant into the online taxi business in Nigeria and
also into taxi hailing service has announced it would be giving customers more
than they bargained for this Christmas holiday season.
The
company which prides itself on looking out for riders comfort says it will give
riders 25% OFF their first rides this holiday season.
According
to the Head, Customer Support, Mr. Ken Emeka, “We are thrilled to be operating
in Lagos. It took a while but we’re now fully operational. Now, we are giving
our customers 25% OFF for their first two rides and since we launched, we’ve
been getting a number of positive feedbacks about the app and constructive
criticisms which has helped us develop this app better.
Protaxi
Nigeria has been operational since November, 2017. The company revealed that
they are not focused on their competitors, though we know they exist, but our
focus is on customer satisfaction as we have made customer comfort and great
drivers working conditions as priority.
“We
are delighted, Ken Emeka says, to introduce this beautiful app into the Nigerian
market and so far, the drivers we work with are satisfied with us and are looking
forward to more offers from us this December.
For
those based in Lagos and interested in giving the new service a try, the
Android version of the Protaxi Passenger app is available to download free of
charge from the Google Play Store. It is also available on the Apple App Store
as Protaxi Passenger app.
