Meet Mrs. Ogechi Ololo, née Okorocha, the newly appointed Commissioner for Happiness and Couples Fulfilment in Imo State and her ministry would be called, the ‘’Imo State Ministry Of Happiness and Couples Fulfillment.

Who does the decoration and beautification of Imo State, especially in Owerri the state capital during the Christmas periods??

If you look at this picture very well, you will notice it was taken last year December when she was doing her job as the manager in charge of all the decorations that led to the very famous CHRISTMAS TREE.

One thing is certain, CHANGE IS CONSTANT and like I would always say, Power and Positions of Authority are TRANSIENT.
