Wondering where I am going with this? Well, I have no apologies for the HIGH LEVEL OF LOVE I have for extremely very intelligent women, I mean, women who can hold their own any day, in all areas of human endevour and this is one of the parks who has made me very proud of women in politics.
Don't you guys miss her eloquently very intelligent contributions in the senate while she was there? I do and wish to have more of those.
She took a break after the demise of her darling husband and pillar of support about two years ago, but I can tell you guys without mincing words that all she did was a break to mourn her pillar very well as it is customary with every Igbo woman, took time out to not only resuscitate herself, she took same time to gather her broken self back and here...............SHE IS BACK.
According to her, she is contesting again for a seat in the Senate chambers to represent the good people of Abia Central.
She says............I and my God have decided that I run for the Senate of the Abia Central Senatorial Seat come 2019 by the Grace of God and though alot of people felt that my long silence was retirement, I would like to state very clearly that I, Senator Nkechi Justina Nwaogu did not and have not retired from politics.
My long silence was as a result of the numerous consultations I have been engage in to enable me take the right decisions as concerning this. We are therefore ready to carry out restoration crusade for the good people of Abia Central and Abia State in General.
This we shall do God helping us.
