ORO FESTIVAL RITES IN LAGOS: Oba Adewale Shotobi Bars Women From Coming Out On May 8, 2018.

This may sound a bit old fashioned, but it is still happening today as the traditional ruler of Ikorodu Town, Oba Kabiru Adewale Shotobi has warned women to stay home on the 8th of May 2018 when the Magbo Festival 2018 would hold.


In a press statement made public, the Oba advised women who are forbidden from seeing things as they happen during the festival stay home as they are not to be seen outside during the time frame.

While appreciating the cooperation of his people, Oba Shotobi was emphatic with his request for total obedience for his warnings.
