Meet The "IGBO WOMAN" Who Is An "ASSISTANT INSPECTOR GENERAL" Of Police.

She is, Mrs. Peace Ibekwe Abdallah, the former Commissioner of Police, Ebonyi State and has just been promoted to an Assistant Inspector General of Police.


She is from Onitsha in Anambra State and her father, Akunwata Mike Ibekwe was retired from the Police force as a Commissioner.

This is one feet women are not known to attain easily and it is an honour to have our own become an AIG of Police.

Ndi-Igbo have also had our daughter, Lady Ivy Okoronkwo who was promoted to a Deputy Inspector General of Police before her retirement.
