The
former National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, Senator Ahmed Makarfi
had declared that he is not leaving the party anytime soon.
This
he said in Edo State while on his campaign visit to party members to inform them
officially of his desire to seek for the office of the President on the
platform of the party.
According
to him, I am the most qualified amongst everyone seeking to fly the flag of the
party come 2019 because I have the track record of being the only one that has
been a National Chairman of the party, managing people and resources as the highest
party level, I have served as Governor and Senator, eight terms each and I served
very well.
I
only have all it takes to turn Nigeria around at this point in time and this is
what I am here to tell my party members in Edo State.
