The
Central Bank of Nigeria has withdrawn the operating license of Skye Bank, now
to be known as Polaris Bank.
CBN
Governor, Godwin Emefiele announced this a few minutes ago as Assets Management
Corporation of Nigeria, AMCON takes over the bank as over 786Billion Naira has
been injected into the bank so far.
AMCON
has been asked to commence sale process of the bank on Monday.
