According
to Daily Trust report this morning, Nigeria’s Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun,
has been reported to have tendered her resignation over what we are yet to ascertain.
According to a source to Daily Trust,
the resignation followed the allegation of not serving the compulsory National
Youth Service Corps, NYSC, and obtaining a certificate that the NYSC have
disowned.
The minister felt that her position is
becoming untenable and is hurting the President in the run up to the 2019
election and had to tender her resignation in other not to help in any way
possible tarnish the image of the president and his administration.
