KOSOFE 2019: What Did Our Darling "Dayo Bush Alebiosu" Forget In The House Of Representatives?

The primaries of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Lagos have come and gone, but one man who is still fighting the battle of his life is former "TWO-TERM" member of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Dayo Bush Alebiosu who represented Kosofe Federal Constituency who lost to Honourable Rotimi Agunsoye in 2015 during the primaries of the party then.


Brilliant, Intelligent and well educated, Bush as he is fondly called came out to try his popularity again, as he did in 2015 and again, he was floored, but he is not having any of that as he claims primaries did not hold in Lagos to select candidates and have therefore directed all his supporters to disregard the primaries who held and results of which was announced.

My first encounter was his name which surprisingly is not one you see alot of people bearing and then, his billboards and posters everywhere, prior to the elections in 2015 and i fell in love with his person but wait, after serving for 8 years, what else is Rt. Hon. Dayo Bush Alebiosu looking for in the House of Representatives for him to desire a return back sooo badly?

He had two terms, which started in 2007, another took over from 2015 and he wants the person there to vacate for him to return for a THIRD TERM? Is the House of Representative hereditary now?

He did well, no doubt and he is good for the job, but he is not the only politician from Kosofe Federal Constituency, others should be allowed the privilege of showing their capacity too, just like the incumbent, Rotimi Agunsoye who was support for a return.

How does a man leave University and after four years, returns to the same school for the same course and class? Isn't that a demotion?

Otunba Dayo Bush should allow others aspire and win, while he either aspire for higher positions and responsibilities, or even help others occupy positions here and there like other politicians I know in Lagos do, instead of fighting to return to the same class he left more than three years ago.

In Eti Osa for instance, the position was taken and given to someone else, just like in other places where the primaries took place and that is politics for you. You give, and you take sometimes and life goes on.

The names of winners of the primaries in Lagos has been submitted to APC Abuja and there is nothing anybody can do about it now.
