I have always told people that you don't fight certain individuals, especially people in whose hands your blessings are. This is actually the case of the son of former Minister of State for Defense, Musliu Obanikoro, Ibrahim who contested for the Lagos State House of Assembly in 2015, but made a mockery of the exercise as he lost the election to a member of the All Progressives Congress, the
APC.

This time around, Ibrahim and his father, Senator Obanikoro who had hitherto reconciled with his political godfather, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, returned back to the APC, and today, his son who failed woefully at the polls for a lower position in 2015 is now the candidate of the same party that defeated him for the Eti Osak Federal Constituency.

What this means therefore is that you don't fight or bite the fingers that feeds or had fed you at any point in time, either in politics or in your day to day running.

Today, the son of the political son of Tinubu, who turned against his own mentor, but have returned like a prodigal son, is now the candidate of the same party he almost helped the People's Democratic Party, the PDP to destroy in 2015.

This is actually what politics is about. No permanent friend or enemy.
