The incoming governor of Lagos State, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu during the week paid a ‘’Thank You’’ visit to the people of Lagos East Senatorial District in Lagos, to appreciate them for their continued support, using the opportunity to ask for more of their support.


The visit which is coming at the time when all the aspirants, now candidates for the various political positions in the zone are busy campaigning and wooing people to vote for the APC. 
According to the incoming governor, “It is with pleasure that I am here today to see my own people and to thank you for your support throughout the primaries which produced me as your God-given candidate for the party for the elections in 2019” amidst the huge crises which is not unusual with party politics”.

I am very grateful, Sanwo-Olu continued, and as we move into the campaigns proper and subsequently, the election, your support and goodwill will be needed more than ever before to get the victory we all deserve.
On his part, the Senatorial candidate of the APC for the Lagos East Senatorial District, Hon. Bayo Osinowo, popularly called, Pepperito by hiw followers and admirers says, “On behalf of myself and my campaign organization, “TEAM OSINOWO-PEPPER”, I wish to express my sincere gratitude to our teeming party members, who trooped out enmasse to identify with the direct primary process heralding my emergence as the All Progressive Congress Senatorial candidate for the Lagos East Senatorial District.
