The
war between the Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano and the former
National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, now Senator,
Chief Victor Umeh has taken a new dimension as the Speaker of the state House
of Assembly; Hon. Rita Maduagwu was this afternoon consumed in an impeached that
was carried out by 22 out of the 30 members of the assembly.
The
reasons for her impeachment as stated were, Gross Misconduct, Financial Impropriety
and Docility (no matter what that means) and in a motion moved by a member of
the House, Hon. Ikemba Uzoezie and seconded by Hon.
Onyebuchi Offor, the Speaker was gone.
Hon.
Ikemba Uzoezie who is the nephew of Chief Victor Umeh and political son has
been elected as the new Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly and he
represents Aguata State Constituency.
First,
Chief Victor Umeh chased Peter Obi out of APGA, fought Bianca Ojukwu and now,
Willie Obiano.
