A High Court of Imo State presided over by Hon. Justice K A
Ojiako this morning nullified the purported governorship primaries allegedly
conducted on 6th of October, 2018 which brought the son inlaw of the
governor of Imo State, Uche Nwosu.
The court granted all the prayers sought by the plaintiff,
the Deputy Governor of the state, Prince Eze Madumere who was a contestant for
the guber ticket at the authentic election held on the 1st of
October 2018 and was won by Senator Hope Uzodinma and was in consonant with the
order granted by an Abuja high court restraining the governor and the party in
Imo State from conducting fresh primaries in the state.
With this judgment, the son inlaw of the governor, Uche Nwosu
would be making foolery of himself if at anytime he comes out to claim to still
be the candidate of the APC in Imo State.
The Deputy Governor, Prince Eze Madumere is seriously
collapsing all the structures Rochas Okorocha has in Imo State and with time,
he will go into political extinction.
