THE ENIGMATIC ‘’Bayo Osinowo’’ IS ONE YEAR OLD TODAY!

Bayo Osinowo.

I had told myself that one of these days, I would tell the story of how I meet Hon. Bayo Osinowo, Member representing Kosofe Constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, a man who had over time earned my love, respect and loyalty.

One of the very best amongst politicians of his class, who believes in the GOD-FACTOR in all he does, family man to the core, shaper of lives, emancipator of people, a man who gives all without expecting anything in return, he is simply one of the new generation politicians whose impact no one can wish away.

I and Hon. Bayo Osinowo met for the first time on Thursday, May 10, 2018 in his office after one of his opponents from the PDP had granted me an interview and had made some very huge accusations or allegations  against his person and I sought to have him deny or atleast, do a counter-attack on the PDP Guy, but he simply declined, saying ‘’HE COULDN’T BE SEEN IN THE MUD WITH SOMEONE WHO IS NOT EVEN IN THE CLASS OF HIS OWN CHILDREN’’, urging me to go publish the story if I felt very convinced about all the guy told me.

Responding that day, he said, ‘’EZE, the person in question is like my own son, he can’t even stand with one of my sons, so, why then would I wish to dignity him with a response when even his own father cannot stand before me and say these things’’. If you feel very convinced with or by the things he said to you about me, go ahead and publish, but, I will grant you a different interview if you want that will have nothing to do with him or the things he said to you about me.

Hon. Bayo Osinowo granted me an interview that night, and I left.

The following morning, I had the other guys interview publish, and I sent the links to him on both Facebook and WhatsApp. Today makes it exactly 6 whole months and this guy has not even as much as acknowledged receiving the links, talk-more a common ‘’THANK YOU PRECIOUS’’, but it was a different thing for Osinowo.

Two weeks later, I published Bayo Osinowo’s interview and immediately he saw that interview, he called to say, ‘’THANK YOU EZE’’, I have seen your publication and I think you did a good job, thank you again.

This is coming from a man who May not have had a need for the interview, may not think the interview was worth his time, could have done with or without the interview, someone who would have brushed me off the very first time, but no, he gave me audience as though he had known me before and granted me a very beautiful interview that got him an award afterwards.

A man with simply a heart made with precious stones, extremely very humble, hugely very spiritual, a family man to the core, a giver, infact, Hon. Bayo Osinowo is a problems solver as in my VERY OWN BEFORE, I had seen him tackle people’s problems and issues head-on, as though his life depended on it.

HONOURABLE BAYO OSINOWO IS A COMPLETELY “DETRIBALIZED NIGERIAN” TO THE CORE.

I won’t forget to mention Otunba Chief Mrs. Yetunde Arobieke, Former Executive Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA who played a major role in my meeting Bayo Osinowo as she was the one who insisted that I must hear from Bayo befor publishing my story to create that journalistic balance in my write-up and I’m happy that I listened to her and obeyed.

As you celebrate another milestone age today, Honourable  sir, I want to congratulate in both advance and areas for that which you have allowed God do for people through you and also tell you that knowing you has not been a waste at all.

You are loved and appreciated, just continue to be you, for eyes have seen, neither has it been seen, nor come to the comprehension of man, what God will do for you, with you and through you.
