PMAN President, Pretty Okafor Knocks TeeMac Itseli, Warns Members To Disregard Conferences Credited To Him As Not Authorized By Him Or The Association.

The National President of the Performing Musician Association of Nigeria, PMAN, Mr. Pretty Okafor has called on the general public and entertainers to disregard any information circulating around concerning a purported conference being organized by the association for its members.

According to him, “Our attention has been drawn to information going around on social media about PMAN hosting a Delegates Conference at a secret location in Lagos, on the 15th of January 2019 and we would like to say that this information is false, illegal as the national working committee of PMAN has not approved such an event.

Moreover, we learned from credible sources that this misinformation is being propagated by a former PMAN President, TEEMAC ITSELI who is currently under criminal investigation for diverting 8.5 Hectares of landed property awarded to PMAN by the Federal Government, therefore, PMAN members are advised to regard the information false and there will be no illegal delegates conference as the Police Authorities and other relevant security agencies have been notified and alerted of this development.

It is regrettable he says, that the Union has to deal with saboteurs, who have no office address, but hide in secret places to plan their mischievous acts of sabotage against PMAN.

Mr. Pretty Okafor therefore warns anyone meddling in PMAN affairs, assuring them that PMAN will not tolerate these acts of illegality and sabotage against the Union and shall prosecute anyone that violates the PMAN trademark, which is exclusive to PMAN in its entirety, see attached copy of PMAN Trademark Certificate.
