Nnenna
Ijeoma Elendu Ukeje is a Member of the House Of Representatives, representing
the people of Bende Federal Constituency in Abia State.
She
was re-elected to this position on May 29, 2011 and serve as the Chairman,
House Committee on Foreign Affairs.
Now,
watching this video and seeing her speak after the Primary of her party when
another was chosen as the candidate of the party to replace her, just increased
my determination to love women in political offices more.
Nnenna
Ukeje is a role model that cannot be compared to any in recent times,
especially when she is an incumbent House of Representatives Member, who could
have used her power to push the ballot to her side, but no, she wouldn’t, but
had to allow the process run smoothly.
I
am deeply in love with her, as I had always done. She is a woman who stands out
amongst her equals even in the green chambers.
She
definitely is going places and I am very proud of her, as my love for her is
not wasted.
