Nollywood Calabar houseboy Actor and comedian, Ime Bishop Okon, popularly called Okon Lagos has announced his resignation from his appointment as Special Assistant, SA, Entertainment to the Akwa-Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel.

Just last week, Okon Lagos was seen in one of the markets in Uyo, the state capital preaching and campaigning for the second term bid of Udom Emmanuel, what then made him change his mind is what we cannot confirm as at press time.

But one thing we know as a confirmed information is that he has joined the All Progressives Congress, APC in the state and you may likely see him on the campaign train of the immediate past Managing Director Of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Mr. Nsima Ekere Who is the APC’s gubernatorial candidate in the state.
