The commission says that the evidences against the musician, which are unconnected with internet fraud, are overwhelming and therefore, cannot release him till after proper investigations are done.
Speaking to Premium Times, the acting Spokesperson for the EFCC, Tony Orilade says that the four who were released were released on administrative bail, like Zlatan Ibile and three others.
Naira Marly is in our custody Mr. Orilade says and will be charged to court soon as we would release the court charges against in to the public.
