My Gratitude Is Beyond Words As What Imo State & The Entire South-East Could Not Do For Me, God Used A Niger-Deltan, Seriake Dickson To Do For Me --- Franklyne Edede.

Dickson & Edede.

Gratitude is one word dictionaries describe with different meanings like, “a feeling or quality of being grateful or “the quality of being thankful, readiness to show appreciation and return, no matter how minute, some kindness done to one, and this is the position of the human who is the centre of this story and he is, the newly appointed Special Adviser, Special Duties and Youth Mobilization to the Bayelsa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Seriake Dickson, Mr. Franklyne Edede, who was ignored by the powers that be in his home state, Imo, the South-east, but have just been recognized and honoured in far away Bayelsa, an experience he feels very grateful for.

Franklyne Edede, a frontline supporter of the candidacy of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, had over the years, championed the course of youths across the country, mobilizing and harnessing their potentials at every level of human existence, which propelled this appointment and will further enhance his contributions towards the full emancipation of the average Nigerian youth across board.

His appointment, a lot of people assert, did not come as a surprise, infact, we had expected this to have happened long time ago, though Bayelsa State was never in the picture at all, but it did come to pass and to the right man who knows exactly what the job of youth mobilization is all about.

Appreciating God for this honour, Comrade Edede says:, “ I would like to appreciate God very immensely for using His Excellency,  Rt. Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson, the Governor of Bayelsa State and Chairman of the PDP Governors' Forum to wipe away my tears and restore my dignity and hope.

What my state of origin, IMO and the entire Southeast could not do for me, God Almighty, through Seriake Dickson ho allowed himself an instrument in the hand of God, did it for me and I will remain eternally grateful to him for doing me this honour, as I pledge to dedicate myself to serve the people, especially the youths of Bayelsa to the best of my abilities.

I know that this appointment is like a litmus test to my leadership abilities, but with God, I will not only perform, but will exceed expectations, with the help of the good people of the state, who I will be serving.
