He is said to have died early hours of Friday, the 31st of May 2019 after a brief illness.
According to the General Secretary, Okugbawa Lumumba who confirmed the death, Francis Johnson was made the President of the union in 2014 and that members of the union are all on their ways as at press time to visit the family of the deceased.
He actually was rushed to the National Hospital Abuja yesterday when he became critical from where he passed on at 2am this morning.
