Former
Director of African Higher Education Submit, Dr. Omano Edigheji was recently
appointed Special Adviser, Research and Documentation by the Governor of Kaduna
State, Mallam Nasir El’Rufai.
The
appointed came on the heel of his achievements for the governor and his
competence in his area of specialty, especially when the appointee is from
Delta State.
Congratulations
to El’Rufai for helping to change the face on Nigeria through his accommodation
of people from other tribes in his state.
