The Governor of Imo State, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha has congratulated and eulogized a young lady, an indegene of the state, Uchechi Promise Echefu, who came out tops to emerge the "Best Graduating Student" at the Nigerian Defense Academy, class of 2019.

According to the Governor, "The feat is a testimony to the qualities of hard work, discipline and excellence our Imo people are known for and we are proud of you".

The Governor went further to encourage Uchechi not to rest on her oars, charging her to "Go Forth and Excel".
