Another member of the
National Assembly who represents Garki- Babura federal constituency (APC,
Jigawa) in the House of Representatives, Mohammed Adamu Fagen Gawo, has died in
Dubai.
One of his family
members by name, Mohammed Hadi Inuwa, made the disclosure to newsmen on phone,
saying the late Fagen Gawo died at the age of 74.
The deceased who is a
second term member of the house was said to have passed on while in Dubai for
medical treatment over a disease associated with his legs.
Confirming further,
the Jigawa State Acting Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC), Habibu
Sarah, disclosed that he spoke with the deceased at around 2pm on Tuesday and
was told by the honourable himself that he had recovered and would soon be back
home, only to get a call later announcing his death.
The deceased left
behind 10 children and a wife.
