How can anyone in year 2020 decide to gift his or her community and that would be a “LATRINE” constructed on water because those people live inside the water?

This was exactly what this Member of the Beyalsa House of Assembly did to her people, I mean, those who voted her into office as their representative.
She is the lawmaker representing Ogbia Constituency 3, in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly and she constructed this floating latrine in Kolo town as one of her constituency projects.
