The
Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Yahaya Bello has approved the
appointment of Justice H.A.Olusiyi to perform the functions of the Chief Judge
of Kogi State and the appointment of Hon. Justice Bayo Olowosegun to perform
the functions of the President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Kogi State.
The
appointments followed the demise of Justices Nasiru Ajana and Shaibu Atadoga
respectively, who passed on recently.
Both
appointments are for a period of three months.
