Folio Media Group Appoints Marketing Guru, Judith Akatugba Her Chief Commercial Officer.

Folio Media Group, owners of Daily Times Newspapers, and Daily Times Digital has announced the appointment of Judith Akatugba as the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Digital effective from June 1 this year.

As an accomplished Strategic Leadership and Management professional with a strong focus on sales and marketing she has operated successfully for over 15 years in the media industry. Judith will spearhead growth in revenue across all portfolios of the Group, lead a team of marketing professionals, as well as manage the successful completion of the digital transformation of Daily Times Newspapers.

Judith’s impeccable qualities have made her a sought after sales and marketing professional in the media industry. In the past, she has helped to strengthen respected brands like Guardian Newspapers and Digitals; Red Media Africa; Consolidated Media Associates owners of Soundcity TV, Soundcity city radio and ONTV; TVC Communications, Sportsbrand LTD; and Point Blank Media Concepts where she began her media career in sales, marketing, Content distribution and TV production.

Judith is an alumnus of the prestigious Pan-Atlantic University where she obtained a Masters degree in Media and Communications, Daystar Leadership Academy, National Broadcast Academy. She is also a member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON).
