War has broken amongst practitioners in the movie industry popularly called Nollywood as two of the bigwigs, Mike Ezuruonye and Kunle Afooyan are at war part over an issue of non verification of statements from some followers on Social Media.
Information at the disposal of “Precious Eze’s Blog” have it that the trouble was started by Kunle Afoloyan who did not act maturely with the way and manner he handled a comment by a follower of his on Instagram who sent him a message claiming that Mike had been scamming women.
Kunle Afolayan went ahead to repost
the message by his follower, an apparent move to discredit and defame Mike
Ezuruonye, an act seem as hatred for the young actor, his tribe, without
reaching out to him first to verify and confirm the allegation by a following,
as act a few people believe he would never have done to a colleague of his from
his tribe.
In his response to the very
incentive post by Kunle Afolayan, the very bright Mike Ezuruonye came for him
with these very apt words.
“The small respect I had for
you is gone, yes I wrote you that in your sick DM. U touched the wrong guy by
posting this on your twitter and Instagram stories…Guy, U buy wrong Market!!
“U now acting like u don’t
know impersonators are using Actors/Musicians/politicians /celebs fake profiles
and videos to Defraud people world over???? Or haven’t u seen the ones caught
in my respect and even jailed for impersonating me by @officialefcc ????.
“Why am I surprised, you’ve
always HATED IGBOS..Are we going to forget in the Press ur statement years ago
saying IGBOS are the ones spoiling the movie industry..U dont like casting
them.”
“Well this IGBO ain’t like u
cos he was born in Lagos and speaks flawless Yoruba..And loves the Yoruba
people. U Tribalistic human!!!!!
