He says his decision to run is not far from the desire of every well meaning Abian who want change in the affairs of the state and that this change will never come if we continue to allow these politicians continue to mess up our state.
This is the time, he says, for the youth to stand for what is right and take back Abia from them.
His 8-Point program:
1. The need to ensure a youth driven economy, harness various talents and innovative mindset of the youth populace of Abia in order to attain the vision of making the state a business and tech hub.
2. Set the right atmosphere for investors to come.
3. The younger generation’s fresh ideas and new leadership can help to overcome a lot of aged long authoritarian practices.
4. Ensure Political Inclusion and better relationship amongst the people of Abia.
5. Bring back to life the dying educational system and energize Abia state University, Abia Poly and various other higher institutions of learning to sustain the current educational realities on ground.
6. Ensure an improved road and project infrastructure as this is the bane of a complete cycle development aimed at achieving economic improvements.
7. Develop the agriculture sector and domicile it amongst the people.
8. Improve the health sector through leading a grass root campaign against Maternal and infant mortality in Abia state.
