The death has been announced of a former Military of Kano and Benue States, Mr. Dominic Oneya is dead.
The former President of the Nigerian Football Federation, NFF, a family source confirmed passed on Thursday morning at his Effurun GRA residence in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.
He
is from Agbarho Kingdom of Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta and was
a Military Administrator of Kano State from August 1996 to August 1998 during
the Military regime of General Sani Abacha, as well of that of Benue State
between from August 1998 to May 1999 when democracy was restored.
