According
to her younger sister who broke the news of award, Dr. Ifeoma Bibiana Okoli, my
visually impaired eldest sister is formally conferred with the title of
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree today,
Wednesday 17th Nov. 2021, at the 73rd Convocation Ceremony of Nigeria's premier
university, University of Ibadan.
Who says being impaired of any kind is a limitation?
Congratulations
would be in order though.
