| Okey Ogunjiofor. |
The Igbo Movie Producers Association of Nigeria, IMPAN, yesterday, the 5th of December, remembered one of their own and one who laid the foundation of the building we see today as Nollywood, Mr. Okey Ogunjiofor.
Chief Okey Ogunjiofor was recognized and awarded with, “An Outstanding Veteran Movie Producer”, an award which appreciates his contributions in the movie industry.
Reacting to the award, Mr. Ogunjiofor said, “Yesterday, another Award from the Igbo
Movies Producers Association of Nigeria, IMPAN”. Special thanks to the President,
John Paul Nwanganga, the Patrons and all the members and organizers of this
