The Chairman of Emuoha Local Government Area in Rivers State, Dr. Chidi Lloyd and his team has discovered in the Elele-Elimini General Hospital in the state, where dead bodies of kidnap victims are dumped after they are either killed by their kidnappers, or they died out of natural causes.

The Chairman, Dr. Chidi Lloyd said that he found out about the mortuary as the state government through office of the Governor, Nyesom Wike is looking into cases of illegal refineries sites operating in the state.

As according to him, he was shocked as he discovered that the leaders of Elele-Alimini will allow such a kind of business to flourish in the area, especially with dead bodies that are already decaying in the mortuary.
