2023 PRESIDENCY: Igbos Can Determine Who Will Rule Nigeria, If They Won’t But Sit Back & Lament -- Former Ekiti Governor, Ayodele Fayose.

Ayodele Fayose.

The former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose has blasted the people from the South-East for not utilizing their God given potentials during election period and especially this forthcoming 2023 general election.

He says that the Igbos do not know how to use what they have to their advantage.

According to him, “I love Igbos but I have to tell them the truth because I love them.”

“It is now a law to transmit votes electronically, that means rigging of elections has been reduced drastically.”

“Igbos are only tribe that have 99% of voters in the South East and second-highest voters in other regions in Nigeria.”

“In the South West, after Yoruba votes, Igbo votes come second. Lagos has the highest number of voters in Nigeria and Igbos are competing with Yorubas in voting power in Lagos.”

“In the South-South, we have indigenous Igbos in the South-South and all the major cities in the South-South are occupied by Igbos. Go to Port Harcourt you will understand what I mean.”

“In the North Central, go to Jos and all the state capital in the North Central, Igbos are the second largest population after the indigenous people.”

“In the North West, go to Kano and Kaduna and you will know that Igbos are the second largest population after indigenous people.”

“In the North East, go to Maidugri and all the state capitals, Igbos are the second largest tribe after the indigenous people.”

“Go to federal capital territory Abuja, Igbos are the largest population in Abuja today.”

“If Igbos truly want to determine who will rule this country today, they will but they only sit back and lament without any action.”

“Peter Obi is the most qualified candidate to rule this country but Igbos are not with their voters card. Go and get your PVC today!!!”

Fayose got that right, and we note here again that the south and middle belt zones that are the forefront of campaigning for restructuring of Nigeria federation, which both APC and PDP had rejected under their administrations, should use this wisdom to campaign to win enough votes under Peter Obi's Labor Party to force an interim govt to be declared so that that will create an opportunity to restructure the Nigerian federation for better governance. This is because nigeria cannot be restructured under the current Constitution once a victory is declared under the elections and the president takes oath of office to uphold and protect (a.k.a not restructure) the Constitution, but if a victory is not declared because neither of APC, PDP and Labor Party, satisfied the minimum spread across the 36 states because Peter Obi's Labor Party disturbed the applecart in the elections, then interim govt is automatically declared, and restructuring will be consequently enabled.

Can Peter Obi afford to spend his money, HARD EARNED MONEY, to fund a political party?
