A member of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN’s newly formed committee on the spiritual welfare of members of the association tagged ‘‘Actors Prayer Link Committee’’, Arinze Okonkwo has prayed for sick actors across the country, with special emphasis on star actor, Genevieve Nnaji.
You
would recall that a few weeks back, news broke that the quintessential actor,
Genevieve Nnaji had been sick with a mental case, though not verified yet, but colleague
actor and member of the newly formed committee by the AGN President, Emeka
Rollas-Ejezie, Arinze Okonkwo prays specifically for her and others who are
very sick in the industry.
Arinze’s
prayer goes thus ‘‘Heavenly father, you are a great God, the God that is bigger
than the biggest, higher than the highest, and stronger than the strongest.. we
commit your daughter Genevieve Nnaji, and all other Actors in Nollywood who are
down with different kinds of sicknesses, we pray you touch each and every one
of them right now with your healing powers, and set them free now in Jesus
mighty name amen... whatever name the Doctors call the sickness, they must bow
to the greater name JESUS...every hand bringing the sickness, must die by fire,
now in Jesus mighty name amen’’..
Continuing,
Arinze Okonkwo says, ‘‘We speak divine healing to Genevieve Nnaji as we use her
as a point of contact, and to everyone ill,.. Receive your healing now in Jesus
mighty name amen... We cancel every spirit of death amongst you all now in
Jesus name amen.. Receive life now, from the crown of your head to your foot
now, this healing shall be permanent, affliction will never rise a second time
in Jesus mighty name amen’’.
The 3 man members of the AGN's Prayer Link Committee as formed by Emeka Rollas-Ejezie is made up of Pascal Amanfo, Arinze Okonkwo and Eucharia Anunobi.
