The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Dr. Godwin Emefiele has reacted to the drama surrounding his supposed presidential ambition and the call by the president, Muhammadu Buhari for him to resign.
Emefiele responded to newsmen who accosted him after a closed door meeting with the president at the villa at the early evening of the 12th, saying that he is having a lot of fun in all the drama happening right now.’
He said, “There is no news now, but there will be news. You heard me, I said there is no news but there will be news.”
He
went further to say that say, “People can now have a heart attack. It’s good to
have heart attack, I’m having a lot of fun as it is.
