Billionaire businessman, Prince Ned Nwoko has been declared winner of the primaries held for the Delta North Senatorial zone.
He
pulled 242 votes to defeat his closest rival, Paul Osagie who scored only 67
votes, through the votes as declared by the PDP’s returning officer.
A
