The election into the House of Representatives from Eti-Osa would be very tough next year as the battle would now be between incumbent member, Babajide Obanikoro and Banky W who has just won the People’s Democratic Party, PDP’s ticket to contest for a seat in the House too.
Confirming the win, Banky W’s aide, Kennedy Salami, confirmed his victory, telling DailyTrust that, “We have just concluded the elections and he has won.
According
to him, “We secured the ticket for the House Representatives of Eti-Osa PDP.
So, we’re moving on to the next. It was a landslide; we won 28 to 3 votes.”
