Things we here from the Nigerian movie industry as an unpopular Nollywood Actor, from the Yoruba Genre, Ogunro Kudirat Morenikeji is said to have bought herself a private jet.
It is not clear yet how the very unknown actor, who was brought into the industry by Iyabo Ojo could afford such a luxury but the self acclaimed award-winning actor, producer, director, CEO, and brand ambassador, known as “Semilorepweety” has caused reactions on social media after sharing what she termed as good news, as she announced the arrival of her new private jet.
“Precious Eze’s Blog” learnt that Kudirat is a successful Nollywood actor, even though most of the popular actors we reached out to this morning did not know she is and when she joined the industry, to be able to make so much money to buy a private jet when her only claim to fame is being a producer and featuring in several unknown Nollywood movies.
According to her, she has been saving the money to buy the private jet since 1995, calling herself, as they do, ‘small girl, big God’, but we must all rise to the occasion and start asking these people how they make these money, especially when we have actors who work day and night with super pay, but live very moderate lives.
The society must start asking these people to start being accountable, so they don’t continue to mislead our young generation with their ill gotten wealth without traceable source.
