BREAKING NEWS: The Rape Case Against Nollywood Actor, Moses Armstrong Suffers A Huge Set-Back, Case Referred To High-Court In Uyo.

Rape is a serious issue, and the case is being handled by a very prominent face who can stand him or her ground, to see that things are done and done proper too.

This is the case of Nollywood actor, Moses Armstrong, who is being accused by the Akwa-Ibom State Government, through the office of the wife of Governor, Mrs. Martha Udom Emmanuel and her pet project, Family Empowerment & Youth Re-Orientation Path initiative – FEYReP.

"Precious Eze's Blog" discovered today that Mr. Moses Armstrong's rape case was dismissed by the Magistrate Court in Uyo and referred to the High Court for further hearing.

We can authoritatively say that when the case was called up in the Magistrate court, it suffered a huge set back for the reason that the case was initially brought to the court as an incest issue, but when the Magistrate discovered that the said Young girl is not biologically related to Moses Armstrong, the Magistrate had to refer the case out of his jurisdiction.

Furthermore, Moses Armstrong was again rearrested by the Police and taken back to the Police Headquarters, Ikot Akpan Abia In Akwa Ibom State and would remain in their custody until the case comes up when it should.
