Individuals suspected to be terrorists on Sunday, invaded the St Francis Catholic Church, Owa-luwa Street, in the Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State, shooting and k*lling church members who had converged for their usual Sunday service.
It is gathered that the church is located at the Owo Local Government Area in Ondo State, which is the home town of the Governor of the State, Rotimi Akeredolu and according to an eyewitness, Kehinde Ogunkorode, the incident caused chaos in the vicinity, with residents fleeing for safety after being caught off guard.
