The former Chairman of the Nationa Human Rights Commission, Professor Chidi Anselm Odinkalu, has reacted to the dressing of the Vice Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC and former Governor of Borno State, Senator Kashim Shettima whose dressing to the conference organized by the Nigerian Bar Association had elicited questions and comments.

The controversial professor wrote on his twitter page, thus “A former banker, ex-governor & wannabe VP surely ought to know that u unbutton your jacket when sitting down & u button it when standing or on the go.
