Bola Tinubu & Bimbo Akintola.

Bimbo Akintola is one of the Nollywood actors not given to so much talk or Social Media shenanigan, whose voice and the volume that voice creates make wave where and when necessary. This time, she has put her voice where her name is, which is on the side of the Presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Bimbo, being a member of the Presidential Campaign Council, PCC of the APC was on TVC Communications flagship program, "Your View" to discuss issues regarding her political alienation, especially with sone of colleagues like Patience Ozokwo, Rita Arum, John Okafor (Mr. Ibu) and others who supports Peter Obi of the Labour Party, Joke Silva, Toyin Abraham, Mercy Johnson and others too who support Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

She took the opportunity of the program to talk about her choice of a presidential candidate and the reasons she choose Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, saying that the presidential candidate of the APC was there for the entertainment industry and helped to harness the potentials of some of them plying their trade in the system.
Bimbo Akintola went further to state that regardless of the Social Media bullying by those not happy with her choice, that she has the right of choice, which nobody can deny her of and that her choice remains Bola Tinubu of  the APC.

But in a swift reaction, a colleague of hers, Blessing Egbe tackled her immediately on the trade, saying the supports for the industry she claimed Tinubu helped was a bogus statement, which is why, according to her, people will attack her.

With the statement by Blessing Egbe, it was evident she is a supporter of Peter Obi of the Labour Party, who are not allow others the same liberty and right they enjoy as Nigerians.

With Bimbo Akintola's public endorsement of Bola Tinubu, the number of Nollywood Actors supporting him are increasing by the day, same with those supporting Peter Obi, only that the Social Media warriors feel those supporting Tinubu shouldn't express their rights of choice.
