AGN Leadership Still In Shock Over The Death Of AMAA Founder, Peace Anyiam-Osigwe.

 Members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN are in a state of shock following the sudden demise of Ms. Peace Maria Anyiam-Osigwe, MFR, founder AAMA Awards and President, Association of Movie Producers, AMP.

 

According to a press release by Kate Henshaw, AGN’s Director of Communications, the Nollywood actor’s association said that “Madam Peace” as she is popularly known in the industry, made significant contributions to the growth and development of the Motion Picture Industry in Nigeria and posterity will always remember her for the impact she made and the legacy she left behind.

Furthermore, the National President of AGN, Ejezie Emeka Rollas, MON, sympathizes with the Anyiam-Osigwe family, Association of Movie Producers, Nollywood practitioners and fans all over the world, including the management of the African Movie Academy Award, AMAA, saying that the thoughts and prayers of members of the AGN, are with the family and all those left behind to mourn her.
