A former Health Minister, and member of the Board of Trustees of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Professor ABC Nwosu has resigned from the party.
The
professor of political science resigned from the PDP in a letter dated January
12, 2023 and addressed to the national chairman of the PDP.

Professor
Nwosu cited the inability of the party to abide by the principles of rotation his
reason for his resignation, even as further investigation by “Precious Eze’s
Blog” show that he is on his way to joining the rave of the moment, the Lbour
Party, where his kinsman, Peter Obi is the presidential candidate.
Looking at the reason he gave for his resignation, Prof. Nwosu feels that with Peter Obi in the race and with the appreciable impact he has made so far in the polity, there is nothing stopping him from joining forces to make sure he wins the presidential election come February 25th.
