A former Senator and now the candidate for the Labour Party in the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly election, Senator Victor Umeh, on Saturday, the 25th of February, retired Uche Ekwunife from the senate.
The
contest was for Anambra Central Senatorial district which Uche contested on the
platform of the People’s Democratic Party.
With
Uche Ekwunife out, and Stella Oduah out as well, haven been defeated to by Dr.
Tony Nwoye of the Labour Party too in Anambra North, the only candidate
remaining is Ifeanyi Ubah of the Young People’s Party, YPP For Anambra South.
